To design a seamless, self-service home-buying platform, Homester neededa deep understanding of user behaviors, motivations, and pain points. This research helps answer:


• How do users search for homes?

• What challenges do they face?

• What factors influence their decisions?

• How can we build trust and simplify the process?


By identifying these gaps, Homester could position itself as a transparent, trustworthy, and user-centric alternative in the market.


The findings influenced:


• Product Design: Feature prioritization, UI/UX decisions

• Marketing & Positioning: Addressing trust barriers, targeting right pain points

• Business Model: Monetization strategies, partnerships with builders
