The product aims to simplify complex workflows, enabling marketing and customer service teams to efficiently handle large volumes of reviews while maintaining brand consistency and response quality.

Telosa engaged upsimpl to design the product from the ground up starting with product discovery and user research, followed by UX design, UI design, and delivery of a scalable design system.

Telosa set out to solve the challenge of fragmented and inefficient review management for brands and enterprise teams. Marketing, customer success, and brand teams were struggling to effectively monitor, prioritize, and respond to a growing volume of customer reviews across platforms like Google, Facebook, marketplaces, and industry-specific portals. Without a centralized solution, critical feedback often went unnoticed, and opportunities for timely engagement essential for building trust and strengthening brand reputation were missed.

While designing Telosa, we encountered several challenges that shaped the product strategy and design decisions:

Information Overload: Users needed to handle hundreds of reviews daily, spread across multiple platforms. Reducing cognitive load and presenting only the most critical information at a glance was essential.

Complex Filtering Needs: Enterprise teams required advanced filtering and segmentation capabilities without overwhelming the interface.

Contextual Response Management: Users wanted the ability to respond quickly but with full context (previous interactions, sentiment analysis, templates) available in one view.

Consistency Across Teams: Large organizations needed a unified approach to brand tone and response quality. This required reusable templates and clear status tracking.

Scalability: The platform needed to support future features and increasing data volume without losing simplicity and speed.

We teamed up with stakeholders and structured Telosa’s workflows into two primary dashboards:Moderation Dashboard:For real-time monitoring, filtering, triaging, and flaggingReviews Management Dashboard:For detailed review handling, responding, and tracking actions taken Additionally, Other modules includeSource integrations and platform setup, Custom alerts and notifications, Bulk actions and template management

Business self-onboarding was a key success metric. We designed a simple, intuitive wizard that enabled store operators and managers to complete setup without training.

Clear progress indicators kept users informed at every step, while inline guides ensured all critical information was filled out smoothly and accurately.
